Traditions.... that is what the Fortuna family had in mind when they opened Wholey Ravioli ristorante in Galt five years ago.  "We are preserving a family tradition since 1945 of serving wholesome, old-world recipes." explains David Fortuna, who with his wife Patrice and son Franco, designed and operate this restaurant in the Galt Plaza.  Walk through a stone archway to a little bit of Italy.  A four-tier fountain, paned windows, striped awnings and massive stone columns create an Italian piazza.  Enjoy espresso, wine or beer at the antique hammered brass bar.

The unique Giant Raviolis are hand rolled and the sauces are simmered to bring out the flavors for which Italian food is renown.  Dinners are sautéed to order by chef/owner David.  Rather than sacrifice quality for convenience, food is presented in the tradition of fine Italian Cuisine: A meal to be savored, a moment to be remembered, an experience to delight the senses.  Come and Enjoy!
